Officers were called to the unit block of Liverpool Court, where a homeowner reported seeing a man, identified as Terence Henderson, peeing around the corner of her home around 1 p.m. on Sept. 6, Oxford police said.
The resident apparently told police that there were children around at the time.
The Oxford man was arrested on Sept. 12 and charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
Henderson was brought to Chester County Prison where he was arraigned and released on unsecured bail.
